SHOULD I STAY OR SHOULD I GO?

It is hard to read the question and not hear the 1982 tune by The Clash in your head. Each year, from January through May (and possibly beyond), many K-12 educators, teachers and leaders alike, ask themselves this question, usually more than once.

Sometimes the consideration is about changing grade levels, or schools, or districts. Other times it involves a departure from education altogether.
